INDUSTRIAL HAULERS

If you wish to be considered for an Industrial Hauler License, please comply with the requirements listed under Lathrop Municipal Code 8.16.140 Industrial solid waste removal—License required. Please note, this license is ONLY for the collection of Industrial Solid Waste, which means solid waste originating from mechanized manufacturing facilities, factories, refineries and publicly operated treatment works (LMC 8.16.010) and does not include Residential Waste.
