The neighbor's address is: 1590 Offshore Wy, Lathrop, CA 95330

The problem has returned for the last few weeks. I am unsure if it is the same dog or a different dog.

But the dog has been shut in the garage every morning to noon/afternoon and keeps howling non-stop.

We live right above their garage, and we are suffering along with the pet.

This has been an ongoing issue for almost a year now, what can we do?

Any noise disturbance can be reported to Lathrop Police Department Dispatch at 209-647-6400 (non-emergency) to address the issue promptly. 

This ticket has been addressed and the Department has spoken directly to the reporting party.
