There is a main line repair taking place nearby, which is causing the leak at the area reported.

Utilities is aware, and once the main line is repaired, leak will stop.

is there any update on my  requests.   we are still experiencing the Dogs issues with the neighbors. we cannot even stay on our Backyard without the dogs launching themselves toward the wooden fence  and start barking at us.
