Spoke with owner of RV - it will be moved by tomorrow 4/5/22.
Checked the area - vehicles gone on arrival.
Emailed community member to call dispatch as this is happening @ (209) 468-4400 24 hours a day 7 days a week.
Spoke with r/o will move vehicles.
Vehicle 72hr tagged will check again on 4/1/22, parking citation issued for expired registration. Not towed 3/28/22 due to the vehicle being blocked in.
