691 New Well Court, Lathrop operation has heavy foot traffic on weekends with 6-10 cars and groups of people.

Home owners reported several men and woman walking around the neighborhood at 1AM and 2AM.

Home owners reported being unable to make a u turn in the court due to several cars parked freely in the court.

Home owner did not want to retrieve her mail due to several non resident people hanging out playing loud music in the court at night, yelling and smoking , cause for concern.

Duplicate Ticket

There is a large wide body truck and vehicle carrier with the business logo of "Mr. Do it All" frequently parking on the corner of Pony Express Way and New Well Avenue in the evening and on weekends to avoid being detected by law enforcement.  It’s a public street and everyone is entitled to park wherever but the location of this truck and trailer is creating a hazard for vehicles turning from Pony Express Way and onto New Well Avenue.  I've witnessed on numerous occasion of near misses because of careless drivers that speed around this corner.
