I am reaching out again as my neighbors continue to have there live band practice in there backyard. It's one thing if someone is having a weekend party and the music plays at a respectful volume. It's fine but these neighbors however do not care about anyone around them.
They have parties alot even on weekdays. Can this matter please be addressed. If they are going to have a live band it should be in a music studio, not our backyard!
