Emailed concerned citizen on 09/28/2020 that their request was received and forwarded to the Code Compliance Supervisor for review. City of Lathrop has initiated the Code Compliance process and ticket is now closed.

Code Compliance Supervisor contacted citizen on 9/23/2020 to discuss concerns.
