So here we are AGAIN, at 6:35 am on THANKSGIVING and we are dealing AGAIN with this dog BARKING AGAIN at all hours of the late night/early day. It's been doing this for over 2 weeks again and nobody tells that dog to be quiet or bring it inside. 

what a great way to ruin the holidays! what about christmas??? This is not fair to all the neighbors!!

Emailed citizen on 11/19/2020 that their request was received and forwarded to the Code Compliance Supervisor for review. City of Lathrop has initiated the Code Compliance process and ticket is now closed.

reached out to resident to obtain location.

sent follow up email to SFE regardng the lights on Yosemite and McKinley.

Called resident to confirm. also informed him that the other lights he is inquiring about belong to City of Manteca (confirmed using GIS).

Reported to SFE.

Emailed RP.

Worked with code enforcement to get this issue resolved - trailer now gone.
