Responded to citizen inquiry via email on 07/30/2020:
"Your request was received and is currently going through the Code Compliance process. The ticket’s status is independent of whether or not a case has been opened. The closing of the ticket is an acknowledgement of receipt by the Code Compliance Department and the concern is under review and/or currently being investigated. It is mainly for the City’s record keeping purposes to close a ticket once received and initiating the Code Compliance process."
Duplicate request. See ticket ID# 13313495. Emailed concerned citizen on 07/23/2020 that their request was received and forwarded to the Code Compliance Supervisor for review.
