Dear Mr./Ms. Lamas,

I would like to follow up on the matter because it seems that the structure is now complete. I was kind of hoping that the City would put a stop construction, tell the owner what he can or cannot build, since a stop construction is a lot easier recourse than demolition or other options.

Per Lathrop's Municipal Code, 17.32.050.2.l, the structure is not allowed due to its failure to meet location, height, and setback requirements. 

Emailed concerned citizen on 07/08/2020 that their request was received and forwarded to the Code Compliance Supervisor for review.

Emailed RP. Need pole number and address of where the pole is located or landmark.

Emailed concerned citizen on 07/06/2020 that their request was received and forwarded to the Code Compliance Supervisor for review.

Owner/driver of commercial vehicles spoken to.  Will move.  One issued parking ticket (off truck route).
