The City is currently designing a new interchange that will mitigate all concerns of congestion and delay.  Construction is tentatively scheduled to start in summer of 2026.  Unfortunately, Caltrans does not allow for interim improvements so we need to wait until the interchange is built.

This ticket was closed, with a message stating they attempted contact with me. No one has ever tried to contact me regarding this ticket.

This light was already reported to our contractor and they have gone out to inspect the light for repair. However, the light has a bad ballast and requires either repair, or possible to be converted to LED. Once they follow up and/or repair the light i will send you another update.
