I'm an employee for T force freight located at 1444 lathrop Rd lathrop ca 95330.

My complaint is that my employer was notified by the city of Lathrop not to use the corner lot at the corner of lathrop and McKinley.

I belive that the city has fined the company before a couple of time for parking trailers on the lot. Company will not pave and do the beautification that the city has required.

As for the concerns of the employees the lot has many pot holes and not enough lighting for the safety of the employees. 

Staff has removed the TV from the location. 

Spoke with requestor and notified them that the trees along Americana Way are home owner responsibility.

Requestor was emailed requesting location address. 

In response to the customer concern and after careful review, the Planning Department has assigned a new address of 1725 Academy Dr for Crystal Cove Park.  Resident, City Departments and other concerned External Agencies were notified thru an address assignment letter.  (MH)
