Although the City of Lathrop does not offer Paratransit Services , I am happy to tell you that San Joquin RTD does. I will include a link to this message that will take you to the SJRTD Paratransit Website. You can schedule your trips with them and I think they have very flexible hours as long as you plan your trips ahead of time.
