I have another concern about the handicap parking on Westwind Dr It's a real inconvenience when cars are parked and they don't have their placards in the window to let us identify they are handicap. When my mother-in-law comes to visit, there's always nowhere to park. she's handicap, but there's nowhere to park even if it's not a handicap available. I understand it first come first serve but some cards sit there for weeks and weeks and weeks. Thank you.
