This ticket went to my work email. Myself and Cathy both have access to dashboard tickets. I check it dashboard every day I'm on shift. 

Regarding your question. The email is going to the internal dashboard, and it requires staff to check daily and respond accordingly.

I've reassigned it to Matt R. just for the purpose of following the process.
