Possible parking violation

There has been a trailer parked near the Starbucks on Golden Valley Parkway for over a week. The trailer is not attached to a vehicle. It has a large piece or construction equipment on it with "Rent Me" and a phone number on it. Not sure if this is allowed, but I know others have been asked to move, so I wanted to make this known.

I am following up to see if you have experienced any further concerns regarding noise at this location.

At this time, we are in the process of obtaining sound monitoring equipment that will allow us to more accurately assess sound levels and better address any future noise-related issues should they arise.

15212 Cambridge Dr

The people that move in at 15212 Cambridge Dr  are running a gutter business out the home and they are parking there trucks and trailers all over and unloading and unloading materials early morning and late evenings

Light pollution

Hello,

The floodlights around Mandal Truck and Trailer — or the surrounding commercial lot — are causing significant nighttime light pollution that is affecting our household’s sleep and overall well-being.

 

At night, the valley fog amplifies and disperses the bright floodlights throughout the residential neighborhood. This has been an ongoing disturbance for many nearby residents.
