I understand the tags on the said vehicle are not expired. The issue is the vehicle has been parked in the same spot for over 2 weeks now. Per the Lathrop Municipal Code ord. 93-104, no person who owns, has possession, custody, or control of any vehicle shall park such vehicle upon any street or public right-of-way for more than a consecutive period of 72 hours. 

The vehicle is sitting out front of 768 kilarney court and 760 kilarney court. It is a white suv with a black roof rack.

graffiti on my sidewalk corner

Hello. I am not sure if I am taking the correct route to ask about this, but I'm hoping that I can get some assistance. I live on the corner of Pinecrest Street and Pinewood Drive. I just noticed that someone tagged the sidewalk on the very corner. I am not sure how to get it off. But my husband said that maybe the city can help. It's not too large, but it is inappropriate. We live around a lot of kids, and I'm sure they don't need to see it. Excuse my language, but it says, "Fuck you." May I please get some assistance, and find out if anyone can help me with this? Thank you!

parked vehicle well over 72 hours

To who it may concern,

I am sending this email due to a vehicle parked in front of 760 and 768 kilarney ct., now for more than 2 weeks. Tags are current but is has not moved at all for the last two weeks. The vehicle belongs to the household of 741 Kilarney Ct. if that matters for any reason.
