The people that own these cars either don't have up to date registration or just leave their junk vehicles on Quaker Ridge. They live on St. Andrew's. They have about 8 cars.

624 New Well Ct. Lawn is ALWAYS Overgrown! Garbage Cans left curbside always. This is a Rental Unit, Landlord needs to address the recurrance of unkempt Lawn.

It is a silver Pontiac Sedan license plate 8ADK318.

554 New Well - Overgrowth of weeds and debris in the front yard,  months and months of lack of basic yard maintenance. 

523 New Well - Industrial construction trailer in the driveway for months, dead foliage.

16390 Adobe Way - For several months this property has had an overgrowth of weeds and neglected basic yard maintenance.

16378 Adobe Way - Wrecked vehicle in the driveway, the car appears to be completely totaled and undrivable. 

Located at 523 Homestead - Multi-family home, there are over 9 to 11 cars that overflow into the street. Nightly there are 4 cars in the driveway and 5 cars in front of the home including commercial vehicles on the street.
