Code Compliance

The home of 685 is over grown with weeds yet again. If they are renters is there a way the landlord can be fined and mandated to keep the yard clean. It is especially bad since the yard is where the neighborhood mail box is. My husband walked all the way down to mow around the mailbox so I did not have to walk through prickly weeds to collect our mail. This is a constant recurring problem at this residence.

Lots of neighbors have their trash bins out all throughout the week to prevent cars from parking. 

Location is at Grinnell Court in River Islands 

There are two (2) basketball hoops positioned in the street. These are in the way for passing vehicles. The addresses are

1) 394 Johnson Ferry Road, Lathrop

2) 16654 Loganberry Way, Lathrop

16398 Wagon Train Ct always has overgrown and unkempt lawn. I keep submitting a complaint and owner cuts lawn then back again to same soresight! 

598 New Well Ct. Junk refrigerator has been left curbside for over a week by property owner.
