i am writing a complaint on the behalf of myself and other community members in the neighborhood.   The vehicles parked in lot 841  Englewood Way of lathrop CA 95330 are dangerously and irresponsible covering the sidewalks. Putting pedestrians and children in danger by striking the vehicles or having to turn to the street to go around the vehicles.  Please for the safety of others have this looked at.
