I hate to be the one to complain was really hoping I would not have to . This house really bad and it has been like this for a while does not look like they are planning to fix the problems . The weeds are about four feet high maybe higher. trash has collected and it looks extremely bad. Plan talk to them , its making the town look bad. The address is 14563 Ceder Valley, Lathrop ca .

I've had a car parked in front of my house since 4th of July. Tomorrow with be day 5 and It hasn't moved. Today I saw a woman get out of a mini van, start her car and then leave in the mini van. Leaving the car parked. I'm wondering how long this person can leave their car parked in front of my house with out moving it. Thanks for any advice. I do have this on video footage and pictures. Silver Sedan - abandoned vehicle at mossdale the green park at victorian trl. 

They have several cars that is not moving and registered in the driveway and garage. per municipality code - 

 In any residential district, all motor vehicles incapable of movement under their own power, other than in cases of emergency accident or breakdown, shall be stored in an entirely enclosed space, garage or carport. No more than one such vehicle shall be so stored at any time, and no more than one such vehicle shall be allowed to be under repair at any time. Parking on lawns or other areas in front yards, other than on a driveway, is prohibited.
