Code Compliance

There are 3 large commercial vehicles parked in our residential neighborhood. Two of them are semi tractors and one is a large commercial truck with attached trailer. Two are parked in front of 18483 Jennings Dr and one is parked in front of 18490 Jennings Dr. they are blocking the driveways of these residences so I am assuming they belong to these houses. These vehicles are being parked here more frequently. If this is not the correct department to report these, please give me the correct place. Thank you.

I moved into my house 2 months ago and there have been 3 vehicles on the side of my house that have never moved.

I am submitting a complaint about my neighbor at 1825 holborn drive, Lathrop CA 95330. They have been keeping their garbage bins out in the front every week all the time. The garbage is always over filled and they even have garbage bags on the side and spilling over. They also have not been up keeping their yard and have weeds all throughout the front that are extremely high. I purchased my home in river island with expectations that we have to keep our homes nice and within code. Their mess is unexceptional and makes the neighborhood look bad.

There are homes on Harker Ct with excessive trash building up in front of their garage. Multiple cars parked half way on the sidewalks or blocking the driveways. Can something be done about the eyesore?

What is the concern?: Front yard weeds are extremely overgrown. Intruding on sidewalk. Issue has been ongoing for over a year. Resident does nothing to improve or prevent this. Large prickly weeds along property line intrude onto the sidewalk making it difficult and unsafe for families to walk/bike, etc around the neighborhood or simply check the mail.

I live at 17980 Calaveras Dr. There is a Cadillac Escalade and some kind of construction trailer that has been parked in front of my home without moving for a couple of months. The license plate on the Cadillac Escalade is 4YGT799 and the equipment has no plates. I would like this removed because whenever I have guests, they can't park in front of my home and it's starting to make my home look run down.
