There appears to be an abandoned Mitsubishi Montero SUV, California license plate 4KRN429, parked under a tree near the corner of Crescent Park Circle and Cloudy Bay Drive. Tags expired March 2020.

There are several homes in the area mainly on Adobe Way that have both abounded cars , trash in the yards and vehicles that no longer running being stored in the driveways. In addition there are commercial vehicles, diesels and box trucks parked and stored on the streets .

Good morning!

I would like to know if there is an ordinance regarding illegal dumping of trash.

Two cars parked across the street from 13570 Quartz way Lathrop that have not moved for several weeks. Both vehicles are filthy with spider webs on them (white Milan and black Honda Civic)
