On 1633 tumbleweed, there are 2 massive RVs clearly in public view. One of them possibly has residents. Also trash visible in front of house.

Making impossiple to find the appeal form for a fine I am now writing a request for a appeal form. Thank you.

Our neighbor at 837 Boulder Avenue owns a large grey pickup truck with an extremely loud stereo going at full blast - it is very painful to the ears and rattling our windows and fixtures inside the house. You can feel the thud inside the bathroom. It is excruciating when it leaves or arrives many times a day.

My neighbor has repeatedly flooded my back yard with water. The excessive water has caused my tree to die. I tried to reach the owner multiple times with no response. The same owner has also bought many properties in the area and has alot of contractors doing work. Many of which have left trash and materials behind.

Residents at 315 Emory Oak will not bring their trash cans in. It's been three months and this is my second time reaching out to Lathrop. Street sweeper cannot access our side of the street because of these cans being out!
