Blocked STOP Sign and Fire Hydrant

The STOP sign on the corner of Johnson Ferry Road (302 Johnson Ferry Road) and Loganberry Way is being blocked by a tree. At this same corner (on the Loganberry Way side) there has been a car parked in front of the firs hydrant for months, and has not moved. There is also a small bus that parks there every evening so you can not see to make the turn right from Johnson Ferry onto Loganberry Way.

Car parked on the grass

935 flint ave in Lathrop usually has cars that block the sidewalk and currently has a white car, license plate 8RRB363 parked on the grass. 

Over grown tree

My neighbor has an over grown tree that blocks the street light and makes it dark. The address is 348 Villa Real ct. can they be requested to trim it back? Also am I required to purchase items to trim what's on my side of the yard? Who is responsible for the maintenance of trees on their yard?

abandon vehicle

vehicle has been sitting across the street from 144 Camelback St for six months now with flat tires and abandoned
