17286 Timber Creek

This home has pigeon poop on the driveway piled up they cant go into the garage. This is a health hazard to neighbors

there is a light post that fell over months ago and has live wires and it is still on the ground

 

There is an inoperable car parked on the nut tree street by the front door and it is still there. a green/grey jeep 6HDF389

Dear Mr./Ms. Lamas,

I would like to follow up on the matter because it seems that the structure is now complete. I was kind of hoping that the City would put a stop construction, tell the owner what he can or cannot build, since a stop construction is a lot easier recourse than demolition or other options.

Per Lathrop's Municipal Code, 17.32.050.2.l, the structure is not allowed due to its failure to meet location, height, and setback requirements.

Basketball hoop blocking sidewalk

15065 Ryhiner lane their basketball hoop is blocking the sidewalk forcing people to have to get off the sidewalk when walking or using their motorized scooter.

13640 Onyx has a basket ball hoop in the street AND has paint marked the road with lines for the sport's boundaries 

754 Limestone has a basektball hoop on public sidewalk AND is shooting off illegal fireworks that look like professional level.  They were underage minors lighting them.  I have video of the fireworks that went 100's of feet in the air and sprayed lights

Construction of a Structure Adjacent to Fence

To Whom It May Concern, The resident of 16089 Covered Bridge is constructing a shed adjacent to the fence that is over 8-foot. To my observation, it is about 9 to 10-foot per reference to the 6-foot fence. They are on day two of their construction and I spoke with the owner already. I hope your office can shed some light on matters like this. Can someone from your office verify if permit was obtain or even if such kind of structure adjacent to the perimeter fence is allowed by the City? I would appreciate it.
