Once again I am writing to you about the pop up pallet yard that has landed once again on Park Street. He is trying to hide behind some extra trailer parked in field. And Nicolas Castrejon is up to his usual of leaving  junk and tires every where. And he knows what your hours of work and he shows up after hours and during hours. Cause he says he knows how long it's going to take for "The City of Lathrop" to get things done. 
 

Annoyed Citizen in Lathrop 

There are 2 cars parked in front of our house that have not moved in weeks. We live at 382 Finchwood Drive. We can not park in front of our own house.

There's a beat up beige Toyota Camry parked across the street from 1758 Plumas Dr. Lathrop. It's been parked there for awhile and is unfamiliar to nearby neighbors.

To whom it may concern,

I am a resident of Lathrop and am concerned that no one has yet to address the many issues of Park Street and Fillmore Street and Fourth Street conditions and the illegal Pallet yard that has landed once again on Park Street. And I am wondering what is it going to take for the City of Lathrop to stop Mr. Nicolas Castrejon from springing up here and there like a weed. I hope it doesn't take over a year like last time. He does not own any property in this neighborhood.

House on South East Corner of "O" Street and Bizzibe Street has a broken down possibly wrecked vehicle on their front lawn.

The "lathrop dump" at 994 dry creek place is back collecting trailers and garbage again. They now have 3 trailers, one that hasnt moved in months with garbage and trees having out of it, a boat and trailer with garbage not connected to a vehicle and another one in the driveway. The one with trees hanging out is a hazard to people walking and driving. When is something going to be done with this house. It is disgusting and bringing down the street. This has been going on too long. I dont pay high property taxes to live near a house like this.
