This property's backyard is in violation of Public Safety and Health. 

The debris, garbage, old truck tires, clothing, toys and collapsed side fence is a public safety hazard and can possibly result into a fire hazard. 

Please place this property on your list to immediately take a look at the backyard for Code Compliance/Ordinance violation(s).

Semi-truck parked on residential street. 

Dog owners at 16912 Sierra Gold Trail in Lathrop take their dog out several times a day to the Mossdale Commons park and do not pick up their dogs feces. Although there are bags available at the park, they do not attempt to use them or return to the park to pick up the feces. They do this every day and as stated, several times in a day. This is a health concern because many children and adults use this park. 

I was a victim of a fire that started on the side yard of my neighbor who has left the house vacant since May of 2022. It was a grow house and now vacant and the weeds in the backyard are out of control and per the fire department, they likely contributed to the fire that burned, nearly burning my house and took out the fence. 
Please do something about this house.  It is taking far too long to make repairs. It has been 14 months since it's original fire that started inside the house from the growing.

There is an abandoned vehicle in front of my home. It's been parked in the same spot for 2 weeks now. Never seen the vehicle or the owner ever in my neighborhood. Toyota Sienna Brown minivan, CA plates, 9EBC425.
