This is a follow-up to the above subject code violation at Johnson Ferry Street across Ore Claim Trail. Two cars are using the Johnson Ferry street as their storage facility or garage for their owners—one car with licenses number 7JYC043 and 6YNU693.

This violation was previously reported to your office and was confirmed received with Ticket Number: 56547397. These cars are parked on the aforementioned street for more than 72 hours.  

Your URGENT ATTENTION IS REQUIRED. 

The vacant property at 1753 marina is again overgrown.  the property owner's refusal to maintain the front of his house is unacceptable.  violation notices have been posted at this residence and ignored.

There are several cars on the street that are covered in spider webs and have not moved in a long time which is making our neighborhood look trashy.

I have a neighbor who lives behind me with an over grown backyard. I'm worried for fire danger but also for rodents. We have seen an increase in mice due to fruit trees with dead fruit all over the ground . There has also been more flies . 

There's a boat and what seems to be an abandoned vehicle (based on spider webs to ground) parked in front of 764 Rose Arbor pt. I wish to remain anonymous.
