I am a resident, adjacent to the construction that is being performed on Louise Avenue.

The construction is very disruptive.  The noise and vibrations are causing our house to rattle and shake as if there were an earthquake (numerous instances).  I am concerned with the damage it may doing to our property.

Is there a way to minimize this disruption?

I am writing to you today to ask the city for help with the restoration of 15460 5th Street,Lathrop, CA,  This is one of the first homes in the city of Lathrop built in the 1940s.

 The current owner is Bill Hubble and the resident is Pauline Luiz, His sister. Both are disabled, Pauline is almost severely disbaled and her husband just passed away.  She is living of Social Security only and the house is falling apart.

How do we get speed bumps in our neighborhood all our surrounding neighbors has speed bumps . I have called many time about the corner of Pinecrest street / ct  and Saint Andrews many residents run the stops signs and speed ! I live on a corner and have almost been hit by drivers turning right without stopping as my driveway is on Pinecrest !  14061 Pinecrest st

INTRODUCTION:

My name is Joyce Inglemon. I am part of this lovely and peaceful community, moved from the bay area (Castro Valley) with my brother, he and I bought our home together, and he passed away as a honored member of the military. I have lived here for 2 years. I am reaching out for your help as it is very much needed. Will you kindly see the following:

ISSUE

I would like to report two houses on my street that have no one taking care of the yard, fence ect.. The first house  address is 14094 southport street , lathrop ca 95330 is a rental and the owner has never done any maintenance of any kind on the property and the renters do not do anything either it looks really bad and the owner should have to be held responsible for making sure at least the lawn is cut and fence is repaired.The second house has very long grass and it has been like that for a very long time , please have a look .

The stop sign at the corner of D'arcy and Murphy is turned so you can't see it.  I tried fixing it, but was unable to turn it.  Can you send somebody out to fix it?  Also, can you make this intersection a 4 way stop intersection?  Some of my employees at Tesla have reported near miss accidents.  Thank you for your time
