Requestor was notified via email that the referenced location is within River Islands and they will need to reach out to the River Islands Welcome center for any landscape concerns. They were provided both the Welcome Center address and phone number. Also provided was the Lathrop CARES app information so the requestor has several options to reach out to the City if they prefer an alternative to the website.

Tree rake are broken in middlebury drive

Hello,

Tree rakes installed last year became brittle and few are broken in Middlebury Dr. Due to winds plants/trees are slanted.

Who can help in fixing the tree rake?

please check and assist.

Requestor has been emailed. A staff member has reviewed the location and tree in question on the parkway strip at the corner of Johnson Ferry and Loganberry and has concluded the tree is owned and maintained by the home owner.  As the tree is not a City owned tree, this request will be re-routed to Code Enforcement via the CARES app. The requestor's information will be entered into the request so staff will have all of the requestors information in the app request. There is also a duplicate request on the website from the same requestor, which will also be closed.

Tree trimming

At the corner of Johnson Ferry and Loganberry there is a tree at the corner that is beyond needing trimming.  Cars cannot even see the sign at the corner and the tree also covers/hits cars when attemping to try and turn the corner.

Requestor has been emailed regarding their concern. They were notified that the restrooms are cleaned every morning. They were informed that the concern was addressed this morning and a photo of the clean restroom was attached to the email. They were also informed that if they have any future questions or concerns to reach out at any time.

Dirty bathroom at Sangalang park

I don't understand why the employees can't do a better job of keeping the women's bathroom clean. I took pictures, but can't send here. The toilet seats have poop. The employees need to lift the toilet seats to clean. The stainless walls are dirty, no toilet paper. I'm tired of complaining, but all city bathrooms need to be cleaner. Even the sinks.  Thank you.
