Ticket Comment

The requestor has been emailed regarding their concern. The location is maintained by the Reclamation District who has been contacted regarding the concern.  It was explained that there is an open permit for levee repair with the State and while under the permit, they are not allowed to remove any vegetation while working on the levee. Once the work is completed, the vegetation will be addressed.

Palm Trees

Hello I don't live in Lathrop but I do travel on Lathrop road many times a week. On Lathrop road between 5th St and Cambridge Dr there were some nice Palm Trees planted last year in the center island. They don't seem to look so good lately, many have brown branches as if they are not doing well. Looks like a lack of water, you might want to check it out. 

Levee weeds

The dead grass is way over grown on the levee in mossdale near the dog park. It looks horrible in our beautiful community  and it's going to catch fire this summer needs to be cut down . 

Early Morning Trash Pick-Up in River Islands

Hello- Trash trucks are coming as early as 4:30 in River Islands. It has been waking us & our baby up. I know there are many houses to get to in this community but 4:30 is absolutely ridiculous.

Requestor received an email notifying them staff reviewed the location, and the playground equipment in question has not been tampered with. Staff will monitor the location for any possible future signs of tampering. Staff also provided a photo of the location with the bell still properly situated within the playground equipment. 

Fix the bell on train at Stanford Crossing playground

Hello. It's been about a month. Somebody must have taken the bell off and installed it upside down as a joke. My kids don't enjoy it as much. Please fix. I can provide a picture if you need.

Requestor was notified via email that the referenced location is within River Islands and they will need to reach out to the River Islands Welcome center for any landscape concerns. They were provided both the Welcome Center address and phone number. Also provided was the Lathrop CARES app information so the requestor has several options to reach out to the City if they prefer an alternative to the website.
