Mailbox

To whom it may concern,

The mail box located on Lazy Ridge Ave was broken into in November 2022. The residents of this community have been going to the post office for the past three months to pick up their mail which makes it a huge inconvenience. The city and the USPS have yet to make any efforts to replace or repair the mailbox in the past three months which is extremely frustrating. I understand that the mailbox may not belong to the city but the city needs to stay on top of whoever they need to contact to resolve this issue that the community is facing. 

Fire hydrant

Fire hydrant on Easy street nearest cross street Ost. Has been leaking since it's the last big storm. Not sure who to contact about it.

Target cart dumped in the mossdale city walk through area on Carnaby & Millpond - or other opening is Johnson Ferry & Sierra Gold.( It is on its side in the mud)

Staff observed the location last night and unfortunately, the lights in that area are not maintained by the City. The property management company will need to be contacted to address any requests regarding the lights located there. An email and voice mail has also been sent to the requestor. 

Camino Real Mobile Estates Street Lights Too Bright

This is message is to report the street lights of the above mentioned @ 15820 S Harlan Rd being extremely too bright. Which would appear to violate city and county Municipal Code as it pertains to light deflections and candela rating. They recently went from an amber type light to a bright white with no light deflection and 360 degree illumination.
