Leaning tree on curb

We have a tree that is at the curb side that is leaning a lot and likely to fall soon if not staked. 
We'd appreciate if the city would come and fix their tree before it falls on someone walking by and I hiring someone or something.

The requestor has been emailed regarding their concern. The location is maintained by the Reclamation District who has been contacted regarding the concern.  It was explained that there is an open permit for levee repair with the State and while under the permit, they are not allowed to remove any vegetation while working on the levee. Once the work is completed, the vegetation will be addressed.

Palm Trees

Hello I don't live in Lathrop but I do travel on Lathrop road many times a week. On Lathrop road between 5th St and Cambridge Dr there were some nice Palm Trees planted last year in the center island. They don't seem to look so good lately, many have brown branches as if they are not doing well. Looks like a lack of water, you might want to check it out.
