A covered boat has been parked on Kruip Court Lathrop (River Islands) for several weeks. As well as a large van in front of it. They don't move.

They continually have two vehicles (black mustang and silver/god SUV) parked on the sidewalk causing it to be hard to utilize the sidewalk.

Hi, an abandon car has been parking in front of our house and it has been more than 72 hours. It looks like it has a broken turn signal light too. 

With the order that was given out by our Governor Newsome that all business were to shut down unless considered essential services, why is that residential construction continues?
