Sorry if I entered incorrect topic. I'm not sure if this would be a police or code compliance issue. - I live on 5th St and I would like to report that large cement trucks have been using 5th St to get to the Louise Ave project. 5th st signs prohibit 5 ton vehicles.

Red Chevy Malibu. Ca license 5YTS349. Bumper on ground flat tire. Has been there over a week. Has for sale sign on it 

There is loitering nearly every night of the week on the River Islands main bridge late at night (10 pm-12 am) and now there is graffiti in the area. Nearly every weekend and sometimes during the week there is racing on River Islands Parkway. We pay way too many taxes to live in this area and this activity should be stopped before it becomes an ongoing issue.

I wanted to inquire about how we can get a car towed or removed that has expired registration plates and has been sitting in front of our home parked on the sidewalk for nearly 2 months. We noticed our neighbors across from us would work on it twice in the last 2 months. It looks inoperable and is definitely an eye sore for us. It is a green Mazda protege with License plate number 4TIK791. Our home address that it is parked in front of is 13516 Dolomite Street in Lathrop.

White mustang almost hit my house and Neighbors Car and one pedestrian. Neighbors confronted him and his friend that lives across the street. One Neighbor went to white car house on the north side of Sangalang park and he told him to buzz off. Please have the Lt or Sgt to contact me before this gets out of hand. Opal/Gaar and Arkose has excessive tire screaking and speed demonstration. White super up mustang and gray sup Toyota. Neighbors staked out area about 11 pm last Sunday for a confrontation.
