Hello, My water meter is leaking pretty bad. If someone can come out and take a look at it, I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you.

I just moved to Lathrop a couple weeks ago and reside on the 14000 block of Jasper Street. The residential street is wide and straight with many cars daily speeding down it. Is there any way speed bumps could be installed like I've noticed on other streets nearby to slow the cars down?
