I'm not sure if I'm contacting the right dept but I need to be guided in the right direction. I purchased a new development home at Stanford Crossings a year ago, from the beginning we mentioned to KB Home that the cities brick fence in our backyard has a cracked brick and a big gap all the way up but KB told us the city has to fix that not KB. We also have a spot in one of the squares in our sidewalk in front of the driveway that has a broken piece that any moment once that broken cement comes out will end up being a tripping hazard to people walking on the sidewalk.

This morning, 10/08/22, at about 10:00 am I called the public works on-call person and informed him that the vibration from the reconstruction of Stonebridge was making me sick.  I asked him for the inspector on the job to discuss the vibration.  What I wanted to communicate is to calm down the vibration, this may cause the contractor to make a few more runs the street but infinitely practical.  It is now 2:45 pm and no call back from inspector and vibration continues cause me to get sick with a head ache.  

Compaction via vibration on Stonebridge far exceeds any normal expected amount for such activities.  Please stop vibration compaction and use other means.

Not sure whom to contact but, I like to put in a request that the City of Lathrop put in sidewalks on the streets behind Walgreens . I think its called Avon and a few others in the area. These are older homes and they are being neglected. I know Lathrop has a lot of upgrades in the newer side of lathrop West side of highway 5 but little to nothing has improved in the East side . Also I was hoping someone could look into building a new post office for Lathrop. The current one is in very bad shape, it is very old and small.
