On Marina Drive, just east the Imperial Drive intersection, there is an odor in the air, as well as liquid flowing out a sanitary sewer manhole.  The liquid is flowing into a storm drain approximately 10 feet away.

Recently a couple of my neighbors have been talking about the trees that are planted in the strip along the street in front of our homes, apparently the trees planted on these former "model" homes have the wrong tree planted. This has led to a discussion with my wife about the tree in front of our house. It had been overgrown when we moved in and has grown crooked and now the roots are pushing the lawn up. I would like to discuss my options for removing the tree leveling out the planting strip and replanting an approved tree that wont have as many issues as the current one has.

1. There is a mattress that has been dumped at the barricaded end of Barbara Terry Blvd. near Adobe lane.  It has been there for over 10 days.

2. The property at 685 Pioneer Ave is overgrown with weeds that stand at least 18 inches tall. Again... this is a continual problem with this property. 

3.  There is a mattress out on the street as if trash will pick it up on Pioneer Ave. 

4.  There are multiple cars that have not moved in AGES parked along Pioneer Ave.
