street sweeper

Hello, I've notice the street sweeper that comes on Friday on my street at Port Washington does a poor job. the sweeper drives fast and does not put down water to keep the dust down. the proper way is run the equipment slow and put down water so it actually cleans the streets. not just drive around with the brush down and dust out the neighborhood. hopefully you can relay this message to the contractor the city uses. Thanks

Speed Bump

Hello, where I live needs speed bumps, people speed down the street way over the 25mph speed limit that's posted especially for a residential area. My current address is 673 Thomsen Road and when people leave the 4 way stop or are approaching it they travel at a high rate of speed and it is completely unsafe! Not everyone has children in the street but there are some and we are down the street from a elementary school and next door to a preschool which makes it very unsafe. Something needs to be done about this.
