Would the City please review the signal timing/loop function at the Lathrop/Cambridge/Rev Maurice Cotton intersection? While I understand that keeping traffic on Lathrop moving and clear of the intersections is crucial there are times at the signal when the side streets are sitting for over a minute with the signal at Harlan on red so there is no eastbound traffic on Lathrop and nothing coming westbound either.

A pair of shoes is tied to pole #50415. It is the pole between the community center and the high school.  Please remove them. Thank you.
