Long dry weeds behind the home and next to river

I am from 735 river bend drive. When we bought this house , we were told that city manages the trail behind our home and the open area behind our back fence. It's been 6 months and we haven't seen anyone coming cleaning the long weeds etc . Now with summer approaching, there are lots of bugs and insects due to these weeds and also adding to fire danger. We request city to clean these weeds .

Outgrown and unmanaged weeds and fire hazard

There has not been any weed amangement behind lots 18, 19, 20 and 21 ... with weather warming, this is soon becoming a fire hazard.
