Although the City of Lathrop does not offer Paratransit Services , I am happy to tell you that San Joquin RTD does. I will include a link to this message that will take you to the SJRTD Paratransit Website. You can schedule your trips with them and I think they have very flexible hours as long as you plan your trips ahead of time. Handicap transportation

I would like to express concern of no disabled transportation in Lathrop, CA. I've been here over a year, and when I moved here May 2023 I applied for handicap transportation (which I had in Stanislaus County) I received some bus assistance Access Pass & PCA, which helps in bus fare, but I'm told there is no Paratransit in servicing Lathrop, they only service in Manteca. I have severe spinal stenosis with bulging discs, slippage and a fissure, also severe nerve damage.
