Good morning, 

I used the roundabout at eastbound River Islands Parkway (RI Pkwy) and Norbeck regularly to get home. I've had a few near-misses due to drivers westbound on RI Pkwy not yielding to cars already in the roundabout. I have witnessed a couple of accidents there also. I think that because RI Pkwy is a major road, drivers think they have the right-of-way and maybe due also to ignorance of traffic rules regarding runabouts. Although there is a yield sign at lamp post before entering the roundabout, most drivers miss it.

The street light pole is out on Ferndale St/Autum rain #6349. Can you please replace the light bulb it gets dark in the neighborhood

Hello, I am a frequent driver to the Lathrop/Manteca ACE Station and am requesting more street lamps, a side walk, and a bike path on McKinley Ave. Although Louise Ave has been progressing, McKinley Ave (aka a road that leads the ACE Station) is quite dim with limited space for a bike or pedestrian. This can be extremely dangerous for the commuting citizens and I hope this City works towards a safe way for people, without a car, to get to the ACE station.

My name is Abhishruti Roy (Abby). I  moved to River Islands in Lathrop with my family in August of 2023. 
We have been noticing an increasing amount of Dog Poop around the community and also people urinating near the River boundary. There is even dog poop on the school premises of Epic Academy where our son goes. Pet owners are not picking up after their dogs.
This seems to be a recurring thing here and very concerning. Where can we seek help regarding this?

Saturday after the parade a lot of liquid was sent to the end of my driveway, it had a sheen to it and has left a dent and has not dried, there are muddy areas, as well.  I haven't driven my car across it yet and am afraid that I will bring hazardous material into my home as a result. 

At the very least I  would like the city to assess any potential hazard this presents to us..
