Stonebridge Road coming off of South Harlan Road towards the elementary school all of the trees growing in the roadway and are getting slammed into by trucks

Storm drains on marble are missing no pollution labels. One drain is causing a tripping hazard.

Being by a school, they attract a lot of trash pollution in drain.

Irrigation runs for a long duration causing excessive water runoff and flooding.

Possible broken sprinklers or sprinklers in poor repair .

Our school bus sat through 7 time through the other cycles.

To my understanding the tree in my front yard belongs to the city. The tree in the front yard has died and I was wondering if I would be able to remove it, upon removing would I have to plant a new tree or would I be able to keep the front yard clear of a tree?
