I would like to report that light pole 6752 off the corner of Sandbar Way and Levee Lane is dead and not producing any light

Tree branch fell in street in front of our house

Uneven pavement

I noticed they will be repaving near my house at 396 American Farms Ave. Lathrop, CA 95330. I would like to see if the dip in front of my house can be filled in? It was from a project that was done prior to me buying the house in 2009. It causes a huge puddle everytime it rains and would like see this fixed, since the roads are being repaired.
