Thank you for letting us know that a light is out on your street. When you have a moment, would you kindly reply back to this email with the pole number?
The pole number is a sticker with 3-5 numbers, (usually 4) on the street side of the streetlight. 
If for some reason, the stickers are missing, please provide the address where the light is located and we can look into replacing the stickers on the pole.

Speed bump Johnson Ferry

Is the speed bump that was installed on Johnson Ferry by Gold Nugget going to be permanent? I have a couple of issues, this hump is right outside my bedroom window and when vehicles, especially trucks go over it,it is so loud that it has woken me up and I feel the house shake. Also,I notice that most vehicles just go around it and don't even slow down defeating the purpose. I don't see that it is serving it's purpose. I would like to know what the long term plan is for this section of road.
