Hello, 

I have a tree in front on my house and I have noticed that the roots of the tree have caused uplifting of the adjacent sidewalk. 

I believe when the builders planted the tree, they did not put root barriers. This can cause a tripping hazard for myself and other people that walk on the sidewalk. 

Can the city help remove the tree and the roots?

I have 3 dogs that I take to the large dog park. For the past 3 months the River Park South at Mossdale Landing Large Dog Park is practically flooded everyday. The grass is being over watered and not allowed to dry. The entrance to the dog park is maintained well and cleaned up on a regular basis. The top benches along the levee are surrounded by huge mud puddles that the dogs drink and lay in. 

When we moved into our newly built home in 2022 our sidewalk was cracked at the street leading to the driveway. When I questioned the builder I was told that the city would come out and repair the sidewalk. I am a retired municipal employee and know that it is the responsibility of the homeowner to repair the sidewalk. However, because the sidewalk was already damaged when we moved in, I am making a request that the city comes out to take a look at it. I have pictures that I took of the sidewalk in 2022 when we first moved in.
