CIP PK 24-04 & PK 25-01 - Mossdale Landing & Valverde Park Renovations

NOTICE TO BIDDERS

The City of Lathrop (“City”), will accept sealed bids for the construction of public improvements for its MOSSDALE LANDING AND VALVERDE PARK RENOVATION, CIP PK 24-04 & PK 25-01. (“Project”), at City of Lathrop, California (“City”). Sealed bids will be received at the office of the City Clerk of the City of Lathrop, located at 390 Towne Centre Drive, Lathrop, CA until 2PM on Tuesday, January 13, 2026. Bids submitted by mail shall be addressed to: City of Lathrop, Attention City Clerk, 390 Towne Centre Drive, Lathrop, CA 95330 and conform to Submission of Bids standards within this Section. The bids will be publicly opened and read at 2PM on Tuesday, January 13, 2026.

The Project is located at 700 Towne Centre Drive, Lathrop, CA 95330 (Mossdale Landing Park) and 15557 5th Street, Lathrop, CA 95330 (Valverde Park). The work to be performed under this contract is generally described as, but not necessarily limited to the construction of splashpads with recirculating systems and associated utility and electrical work, a renovated play area with rubber surfacing, basketball court, baseball field infield improvements, a dumpster enclosure, pedestrian pathways and planting, and irrigation improvements.

DIR Registration. Bidder must submit proof of DIR Registration with Bid Proposal, no exceptions. Pursuant to Labor Code Section 1725.5, all Subcontractors identified in a Bidder’s Subcontractors’ List shall be DIR Registered Contractors. If awarded the Contract for the Work, at all times during performance of the Work, the Bidder and all Subcontractors, of any tier, shall
be a DIR Registered Contractors
