Wastewater MBR stands for Wastewater Membrane Bio Reactor which is the type of treatment performed on residential wastewater. The Wastewater MBR charge on your City of Lathrop utility bill is the charge associated with treatment of the wastewater generated by your residence. The charge is a fixed charged that is charged to every residence in Lathrop that has a connection to the wastewater (sewer) treatment plant and infrastructure. I already spoke to River Islands and they told me that I do not need permission as long as it is inside the fence.

The City of Lathrop Police Department is more than willing to address the issue. If this occurs again please contact Lathrop Dispatch non-emergency at  209-647-6400, this will ensure a call for service and timely response to resolve the issue.

Staff observed the location last night and unfortunately, the lights in that area are not maintained by the City. The property management company will need to be contacted to address any requests regarding the lights located there. An email and voice mail has also been sent to the requestor.
