I have waited to hear from code compliance. In the mean time I have been removing dirt from my yard in order to find my pavers as well as restoring my pond which was full of the dirt from the yard behind. This has been going on for approximately 4 yrs. There is a mound of dirt in their yard and the fence line is full of weeds which come through the fence. My latest issue is finding rat remains as well as lizards.

I am reaching out again as my neighbors continue to have there live band practice in there backyard. It's one thing if someone is having a weekend party and the music plays at a respectful volume. It's fine but these neighbors however do not care about anyone around them.
They have parties alot even on weekdays. Can this matter please be addressed. If they are going to have a live band it should be in a music studio, not our backyard!
