Did you submit a sound permit through the Police Department? I did not see a permit filled out for your address listed. Requestor has been emailed regarding their concern. They were notified that the restrooms are cleaned every morning. They were informed that the concern was addressed this morning and a photo of the clean restroom was attached to the email. They were also informed that if they have any future questions or concerns to reach out at any time.
Requestor has received both a email and voice mail reply stating that a staff member will reach out to them as soon as possible and was also supplied with the main parks and recreation phone number for future questions. The staff members who are able to answer their question have also been emailed requesting to call back the requestor.
I went to the address yesterday and spoke to the home owners. They advised they have a move out date next week, I will be conducting a follow up to ensure the pods have been moved. Greg called resident and left a VM. Advised that the City does not have a plan in place for switching over from surface water to well water, and that we will likely continue using mostly SW supplemented with GW as needed to meet peak demands.
