Called resident to confirm. also informed him that the other lights he is inquiring about belong to City of Manteca (confirmed using GIS).

Reported to SFE.

Worked with code enforcement to get this issue resolved - trailer now gone.

Created WO 2020-0521 for staff to pick up the pallet. Emailed RP to let them know someone will be by to pick it up.
